| Stenographer | 12th pass with 80 wpm typing speed in Hindi or English. |
| Upper Division Clerk | Bachelor degree with 35 wpm typing speed in English & 30 wpm in Hindi |
NIOH 2017 Job vacancy 2017 Application Fee
The application fee for the various posts are different.
- For Post 1 :- Rs. 500 as application fee.
- For Post 2 :- Rs. 300 as application fee.
SC, ST , OBC & department candidate are exempted from the fee payment.
